Meet Ericka Yockim, Berm Marketing Founder and Principal Consultant
Ericka is a marketing and sales veteran with over ten years of experience in the Marketing Automation space.
Based out of Bozeman, Montana, Ericka Yockim partners with organizations of all sizes in the digital space to transform how companies do business across the US and beyond. With a passion for bridging the gap between technology and strategy, she helps clients navigate the ever-changing digital marketing and marketing automation landscape with ease.
Known for her authenticity, diligent work ethic, versatile skill set, and savvy approach, Ericka goes beyond hitting benchmarks – she redefines them. Her thought leadership expands organizations' marketing automation potential, empowering ROI through day-to-day operations and high-level optimization roadmaps. Ericka is dedicated to making people's lives easier by helping them offload time-consuming or technical tasks, and she welcomes clients with big ideas that need technical and strategic oversight to come to fruition.
Ericka graduated Summa cum laude from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Marketing degree. Qualified to manage an extensive list of platforms and needs, she is Marketo Certified on many levels, Klaviyo Certified, and a Certified Salesforce Admin. A student of new technologies, she emphasizes continued education for herself and her clients and believes in the power of knowledge to elevate personal and professional success.
When she's not immersed in her work, Ericka loves learning new things, from mountain biking and skiing to wake surfing. She's also passionate about health and nutrition, exploring how foods and herbs help our bodies. She values the deep work of finding – and creating – balance and peace in the chaos of the digital marketing world.

“In mountain biking, a ‘berm’ is a corner with a banked outer edge running its entire length. This bank allows you to accelerate through the turn, the earth pushing back against your tires and giving them extra support at higher speeds. A berm lets you go faster than you could on a flat corner without slipping – harnessing the terrain to expand your own edges.
I was new to biking when I first experienced riding a berm. I was intimidated by this big mass of dirt in front of me – nothing about that vertical berm looked like an enjoyable experience!
